House extensions and home alterations Alterations to the home you’re living in right now are the best solution for many people. You like where you are, and your family is settled in the area, but your home doesn’t quite fit the way you want to live.
No problem – we can work out a solution that will give you the home you want without having to move house. We have plenty of innovative ways of working that will allow you to stay in your home throughout the build.
This will nearly always be a less-costly option than moving house – you’ll avoid all the fees that you incur with a move, plus the risks that buying property always entails.

Disabled and elderly We can include facilities for disabled people in any new build, or retrofit facilities into an existing building. This can include ramps and special surfaces, lowered handles and surfaces, extra-width doorways and special lighting.
We have plenty of experience in seeing building design from the point of view of a person with special needs – so if you need any advice on how to design or modify your home for a disabled family member or relative.
